o Sweep and mop kitchen floor hourly.
o Scrap and pre-rinse serveware and cookware dishes.
o Wash and inspect the cleanliness of every dish.
o Accurately operate the dish machine.
o Store serveware to allow immediate access.
o Wash knives, pots, and pans by hand in three-compartment sink.
o Store racks, bins, and chemicals safely and in an organized manner.
o Exceed the standards for a safe and sanitized work area.
o Check the cleanliness and supply levels of the bathroom on an hourly basis.
o Dispose of garbage as needed.
o Ensure back area of the restaurant is free from debris.
o Assist kitchen with additional side tasks as requested.
o Do what it takes to turn every guest into a repeat guest.
