As a BAR 145 Host/Hostess you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests by:

o    Ensure the host stand is well equipped and organized.

o    Open the door to arriving guests and provide a ridiculously amazing first impression.

o    Greet arriving guests quickly and genuinely with a big smile and a big hello.

o    Seat guests in appropriate sections at logical table tops.

o    Notify servers of seated guests and maintain communication with BAR145° team.

o    Provide an accurate estimated wait time if necessary.

o    Manage wait time and notify guest with table availability.

o    Impress the guest with your menu & BAR145° knowledge.

o    Engage and connect with all guests.

o    Answer the phone within two rings with a smile and knowledge to answer commonly asked questions.

o    Clear and reset tables with urgency.

o    Walk and monitor the floor to assist others and to determine the progression of tables.

o    Check the bathrooms for cleanliness on a consistent basis.

o    Provide goodbyes as big and enthusiastic as your hellos.

o    Thank every single guest for their visit.

o    Do what it takes to turn every guest into a repeat guest.
